This bride-to-be elected to brighten up her smile before her big day. It was kind of a last-minute decision, so we hurried and made custom-fit at-home bleach trays for her. AFTER: Five days later, she returned to our office, ecstatic with the change she could see in such a short time. Her teeth bleached down to an I1 bleach shade, and will likely continue to lighten as she wears the trays more.

Patient was ready to brighten up his smile. We matched his pre-bleach shade at A2. We discussed a large composite resin filling on the edge of his upper left front tooth that would probably need to be replaced after bleaching (teeth bleach, but fillings stay the same color). AFTER: Following a Zoom!® in-office bleaching procedure, the patient's teeth bleached all the way down to a PW2 bleach shade. He was ecstatic with the results, and we set up an appointment to replace his filling to match his new, bright smile.

Patient started out at a nice B1 shade, but was excited to bleach her teeth and brighten up her smile. AFTER: She was ecstatic with the results of her Zoom!® in-office bleaching, as she dropped all the way down to a shade of OM1 in the bleach shade range.

The patient's upper left lateral incisor had darkened over time after having a root canal. She asked if she would have to do a veneer or crown on that tooth. We discussed different treatment options and decided to try internal bleaching, which involves placing a bleaching solution inside of the tooth for a few weeks. AFTER: The tooth lightened until it was the same color as the adjacent teeth. The patient was extremely happy that we could do a conservative procedure that didn't require removing the enamel from off the front of the tooth.
